WHO: Sheldon B.

WHAT: In-House Construction Team Manager; Skilled Carpenter; Trusted Colleague & Friend; November 2019 Employee of the Month

WHERE: You’ll usually find him at a jobsite, working alongside one of the carpenters he manages and mentors. Rarely will you find him at his desk!

WHEN: Sheldon joined the SERVPRO family seven years ago, working for four years with New Jersey franchise before he moved to Tampa Bay. He joined SERVPRO of Wesley Chapel three years ago and was promoted to management last year.

WHY: Sheldon was honored for his steady, consistent, and skilled work which is always appreciated but especially on a weekend in November when he went out of his way to pull a long day and keep a VIP client happy. Clients regularly applaud Sheldon’s attention to detail and skilled craftmanship, and younger members of the team jockey for opportunities to learn from him. He is patient and kind, and always willing to help – with a smile.
