Flooded Kitchen in Wesley Chapel

This spacious, sunny home in Wesley Chapel flooded after a toilet supply line broke while the client was on vacation. Notice the extent the water damage; every square inch of flooring in the home was damaged beyond repair. SERVPRO of East Pasco technicians were onsite within three hours, first analyzing the situation and then extracting as much standing water as possible. Baseboards, carpet, and carpet pad were removed, and we were able to dry the wall cavities by drilling holes behind the baseboard site, a tactic that when successful can minimize needs for drywall repair. The after picture was taken two weeks later, when the home had been fully restored by SERVPRO of East Pasco, "Like it never even happened."
