Mold Remediation in Bathroom

This local home in New Port Richey had a mold issue that started in the bathroom as a pretty severe water damage. The homeowners hired an indoor air hygienist so we could obtain a proper protocol (let a remediation company know what materials to remove and further action that may be needed). The remediation protocol obtained called for the bathroom to be completely gutted all the way to the studs and thorough cleaning of the affected area to ensure all mold was removed. Between the demo, new drywall, flooring, and the tile work our customer was extremely happy with the end results.
